Hi guys,
First test print, the notacube.
I'm assuming the lines are a result of wobbly Z needing the eccentric roller adjustment?
First pic is orientation as viewed from front of printer.
Levelled Flint Read method, stock photon slicer settings. 50s base 8 layers, 10s layers.
Supplied Anycubic green resin.
Ambient in room 12 - 15 degrees.
Ta.
(The red one is a comparison print of the same file sliced at 0.05 on my ender 3 FDM)

As a test goes this was a successful failure. The smaller of these two models was printed on my Photon resin printer the larger one on my anet A8 filament printer what I want to draw your attention to is the higher amount of detail on the smaller model. Smaller model was to be printed the same size as the larger one with greater detail but I didn't double-check the scale in the photon slicer.
So it was a failed print it failed more than in that print died during the print process it failed because it was the wrong size. But not to want to waste the time and effort I put into printing it I assembled it to see how super glue would hold it together and how Automotive primer would stick to it.

Seeking help. Not home at my moment to check setting but looking for where to start. My last 8 prints have all failed and are only sticking to the bottom of the tray. I have changed the film and cleaned it. Not sure why I’m not getting anything to stick. My models have heavy support with 35 degree angle. Any suggestions and I’ll reply when home and able to check my settings.

So I'm not sure about cleaning my FEP film with Isopropyl Alcohol. Would Everclear (ethanol) work better?

Question: The base on my Photon has started to tilt/drift during prints, ending at a pretty serious slant. I cleaned it out and thought I tightened it well, but it happened again. Is this a common thing, and if so how have people fixed it? Thanks!

QUESTION: FDM, Mods delete if too off topic, but figure its a good place to ask.

Hey, all you all.. my AnetA8 has given me 2 years of consistent good service, best 150 bucks I ever spent, probably 200 prints on it now, but, its tired.. have to replace parts every 3 prints lately or make awesome spaghetti monsters. ;) .. So I'm looking for a new FDM, 500 bucks budget, ABS capable in an enclosure with heated bed, should I just pick up another 3 Anets for that budget or is there something a bit better nowadays.

Chuffed to bits with my novice painting skills ? Pickle Rick!!!

Would you believe me if I said the pickle is hollow but I forgot to put a drain hole in it. It printed fine with no visible layer line wobble from suction. Was full of uncured resin with a tiny bubble ? was pretty cool to be honest
