My second print was quite big......the Photon dealt with it without remark. Even if there were minor defects I wouldn't mind as the parts are adapted further. Although the measurement accuracy is important for me, the deviations were minor, nothing a little sanding couldn’t solve, so I’m fine with it. The louvres I printed separately and were inserted in the big part, same goes for the little ornaments on top.

Sorry if this subject has been done to death, but which (IKEA?) cabinet is everyone using to collect and vent fumes for their photons? Trying to fix my game. running the machine by an open window is probably not safe enough, and less practical as winter sets in here in the miserable midwest.

Should I re-calibrate every time I've removed the platform to scrape off figures?

I received my Photon a week ago and have printed five sets. Every time I remove the platform to scrape off figures, the pressure I apply moves the calibration. It doesn't matter how hard I tighten the platform, it's managed to angle the platform anyways.

I'm suspecting that it's because I'm holding onto the handle when I scrape. Should I be holding onto the platform instead?

Tips and tricks please. :)

IPA SAFETY. It seems that although you don't want to drink it or inhale too much of the vapour, rubbing your hands frequently in it is OK...(although not if it is contaminated by uncured printer resin). The W.H.O. have a document that gives the formulations of hospital-type handrub....one formulation is 93% IPA.

Personally I prefer the IPA at my local....I don't know which s the safest... ;-)

Hello everyone! Have a question to ppl that print with funtodo resin, i Just bought a bottle of it and printed my first model, but it came out very soft, i post cured it for 20 mins and it still is not as i thought it would be. The original anycubic resin was much harder. Maybe im doing smth wrong with it? Thank you
