any idea how to fix slicer to slice again? the software only able to slice until 25% and stuck/crash..fresh reinstalled does not work..just happened today..i've been using and printing almost a month no issue..

Had an issue where despite zero changes printer just would not print. Wrote to AnyCubic and received a reply within 48 hours, printer worked again within the hour or receipt.

My point here is that my email content was read and I wasn't sent a bog standard reply but a reply that addressed the issues I had raised. Well done Anycubic... impressed and also Happy to have the printer working again.

Any reason why all my prints are curing around the base ruining the bottom of all my prints? It’s like resins is pooling around the bottom supports and curing on the bottom of the model.

I’ve raised the prints up, and it still happens, the rest of the prints are perfect.

I’ve run the calibration tests for the monocure rapid clear, running at 17s and 5 bottom layers of 40s.
