Reassembled the machine yet again after a tear down... this time to fix the dreaded Z wobble. I ought to get a AnyCubic pit crew jacket now since I've become quite practiced at it. Here's hoping to a successful, z wobble free print! Fingers crossed....

I swear I am going to go insane, I've been trying to print these small cubic hexagon shapes, and no matter how hard I try they just will not print.
They are around 2cm wide, 1cm tall and solid (unfortunately can't make these ones hollow) and printing at all different angles it just won't finish. I come back and there's either a flat piece of plastic in the bottom of the vat, the object has come off supports or when it does finish, so part of the supports didn't quite work and so it's deformed.
I haven't printed much with the resin printer, but I am damned determined to get these printed. I just hope that more complex or bigger models are not this hard because if it is, then it's not looking for for my enthusiasm of resin printing.
Any advice in what I'm doing wrong or what can help, is appreciated.

If you mixed this glow powder with the resin would it effect the curing process?

Hi guys. It has been days and I had given him IPA bath and soap wash twice, days apart. Exterior has a very light primer smell. Holes and the hollow however still smell of raw resin. Any suggestion on how to get rid of the smell? I used Monocure gray. Thanks.
Edit: I just got my UV lamp. Nuking him now.

Bearded Yell! Medium resolution Hollowed.

My settings are Layer thickness .05, expTime 12, off time 1, bottom exp 70, bottom layers 8 with Anycubic Grey.

It’s odor is much stronger than the translucent green. Seems tougher and less brittle. Harder to clean. Print great!

Has anyone tried heating their vat to 40c for prints? It’s nice that the vat is all metal. I couldn’t find anything in the groups but it seems like it would improve performance of viscous resins.
