So after just over two and a half months of the printer being down, I may have finally resolved everything. Tech support has been great, but the biggest issue has been waiting for parts in the mail. Waiting for "5-6 days" generally became "2-3 weeks" per part. I've replaced the motor, the motherboard and the display cable (and I immensely dislike working on the inside of the machine... fat fingers, clutz, I dunno.) I'll reassemble the beastie tomorrow because there is not enough beer in my house to get me through that process. Hopefully tomorrow will be a good day. :-) Thanks to everyone who attempted to help me get the machine back up and running!

So this is the first time I am printing something this big roughly and while I am all down to experiment I am running low on resin til next week haha. Something like this do I need to change the settings? I duplicated the model to save on time, should I not do that?

Thought I'd share these with you guys. This is an enclosure i built for my apartment to vent out the air and fumes from curing resin. It was a lot of stuff hacked together but it is totally doing what it's supposed to and I don't smell anything while it's printing. Downside is I wish i made it bigger so i can have space to do all the post processing work in the same enclosure too. I could work around that by removing the printer and do post work inside.

Anyways, with the health and safety posts earlier, i thought i'd share this with you guys.

oh the humanity! I have no idea if this print will work...haha....hahaha.... Shoot me now.

This is a part for a jellyfish doll that will be prepped for molding so tilted to not only fit but to help with drainage... I wil probably have to add more resin partway through at least once etc.....Wish me luck....
