I keep forgetting to take pics but what would cause for one row of models to print fine while the front row sticks to the fep.

Ooooohkay. So new problem today. No matter the file, the printer starts, does the first layer, does the peel, raises WAY higher than the second layer and starts the second layer, like 1mm above where it should be. Same sliced file I've printed a dozen times. no other changes.

Not directly Photon related. Here is a new chin rest design I made for the dual scan technique on the Carestream CS8100. It allows the scanning of both jaws with both upper and lower dentures (with radiographic markers) without cutting off the lower part of the mandible (picture 1). The original chin rest is picture 4. I raised the chin rest 1.5 cm to capture both arches in the same scan. It could also be use just for just the lower jaw. By using the chin rest the patient can bite into and seat the dentures properly. I had previously posted a chin rest for using impressions as scan appliances. If anyone wants either chin rest designs to 3D print please email me at drferguson@aol.com. I will gladly share them.

Question. Support has me doing everything I've done at least 3 times. Check the ribbon cable connection..check, upload the 'update.lcd' file...check. It's fun being on the hamster wheel.

But what the heck is this parameter.gcode file? Email only included the update.lcd file (which we already have)....thanks

My first misprint. Can't figure out what happened.. at a given point there seems to be a shift in the layers on all models I was printing.
I didn't pause. Thought the build plate twisted somehow, but when went to clean everything and re-level, the plate wouldn't budge or twist whatsoever. Proceeded to level nonetheless.
Noticed that the biggest model in the plate (at the center) had lifted the base layers somewhat, but can't figure out when that happened.
This was the first time I had so much of the build plate filled with models. Maybe need to increase exposure of first layers?
I also notice a funneling and bending of the model, prior to the layer shift, that I'm also at a loss with. This occurs with some degree on all models in the plate, regardless of their direction in the plate.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
