As one of my last prints on the Anycubic Photon Classic I had to push the limits for the printer and the Harzlabs resin.

0,6mm thick try-in before laser sintering the CAD:ed core for this 12 unit TISP.

# Harzlabs Dental Sand A3 (50um, 11s per layer).

Photon Classic - Harzlabs Dental Yellow Clear - 50 um - 8s/layer.
In this file the supports settings are updated for the medium supports.

I tend to add medium supports generally and then I usually add some extra supports in the regions where the first parts of the prints are exposed. Mainly to make sure that the object is stabilized enough.

Since # Harzlabs Dental Cast Red calibrated so well, I just had to print the framework for a case from earlier this spring. A FPD with VKS-SG attachments. Perfect fit as always. ?

Printed with the Photon Classic.

I can't wait to see how the casts comes out from this resin ?

Last night I tried out the # Harzlabs Dental Cast. Perfect result as always with their resins! Amazing!

This one does have a little smell compared to their other non-castable resins, but still enormously better than most other (cheaper) resins. And still you cant smell it with an open container of IPA in the room.

This is however the first resin from Harzlabs that I actually bothered to activate the carbon filter fan for (meaning I couldn't smell it after all which I've gotten used to with the harzlabs resins ? ? )

Maybe a bit of topic in this group, nut I just had to try this out since the #harzlabs Model Black resin had such an amazing precision in my calibration. Note that this resin should not have anything to do in the mouth, but rather this was a test och three dimensional accuracy. The core was designed in Exocad with ZERO spacer since my dental technician already put the spacer on the model and she designed this core to be milled in CoCr with the VKS attachments. The fit was tight, but perfect! (as expected with zero spacer) 翻譯年糕

# Harzlabs Model Grey - 50um layers - 8s/layer - Photon Classic

Amazing precision across the build plate (but in my experience stay away from the outmost squares, especially if you're not printing directly on the printer bed i.e. using supports).

For my first aligner cases I went with 11s/layer (13-17s/layers recommended by Harz labs), which worked flawlessly. But who wants a print that's 0,5%-1% off when you can achieve a near perfect print across the majority of the printer bed? ? ? ?

Recently tried out the # Harzlabs Model Black resin since according to the manufacturer that was one of their most accurate resins and very suitable for printing aligner models.

Wasn't disappointed; amazing precision on the Photon.
50um at 9s/layer ? ?

Amazing precision with HARZ labs Dental Yellow Clear; less than 0,02mm deviation in X-, Y- and Z-axis post curing with the Photon (8s per layer, 50um layer height)

I saw Vu Le 's tolerance test on thingyverse and decided to make my own for Straumann's guide tubes (outer diameter 6,30mm) with a couple of more measurement points and added negative space in both axises for calibration purpose.
