I just want to give a shout out to Dylan Hancox this dude is a master. We worked together on a project and it came out amazing. He’s incredibly fast and diligent. Took my idea and references and hit a home run. Maya, Zbrush, other programs he can do it. Thank you Dylan

Good evening. I am a new owner of a photon 3d printer. And I’m already experiencing issues that are making me regret the purchase but I will stick with it and try to trouble shoot these issues.

I have yet to print anything, because I hit an obstacle this morning. After building a curing chamber and preparing the stl files. I go to load the files and the unit became unresponsive. If I were to press the move z axis button nothing would work. If I tried to hit home nothing would work, also when the usb in plugged it acts as if it’s low on memory. What I mean is it laggin for lack of a better term. Also when I first got the usb stick the text files were not present nor could I view them when plugging into my computer (pc) anycubic has yet to return my email.

Any idea what I can do or what the problem is
