I'm trying to print some functional, mechanical prototypes but I cannot get my printer to print to size. The higher the exposure the larger the size. If I print a 1" diameter ring with .9" ID, at 10s exposure it'll print 1.015" OD and .985" ID. In some FFF slicers, they have compensation for this(xy size compensation). It's NOT a scale issue, it's an exposure/slicing issue. If I take exposure down to 3s, it's only .004" oversize on all walls rather than .015" oversize.
At 3s exposure I'm having issues with parts sticking to the FEP and breaking off supports and the platform.
Using the original green resin that came with the printer and currently ChiTuBox
