How long does it take Anycubic to ship out products?

Anycubic
website or anywhere else. I purchased a Photon on August 12. It's now August 27. Seven (7) days past August 20 (they said they will start delivery on the 20th). And still my order is "unfulfilled". I bought an Ender 5 from Creality and they shipped 2 days after. ANYCUBIC? They just keep saying, "we will deal with the delivery as soon as possible" I'm totally disappointed.

They are so big and loud on selling their products and yet they suck on order fulfillment and delivery!
