Finally a successful print of This carburetors ! First I had my build plate slightly off (from taking prints off and holding the chunky top) and found that with elegoo resin for some reason I have to be at 15sec or if I’m lower than that the supports break by the part . With anycubic skin working at 10sec works like a charm ? ? any idea why ?

Hi guys !
I’m back with wired stuff happening . I had to make a reset with the gcode file because my z axis was going crazy since then I have bottom layers lifting and as it shows on the picture of the carburator 2 and 3rd picture is all full of layer marks . The first pic shows a seat done in the same print and came out perfect. Now the carburator was printed vertical as it shows at the pict number 4 .

Resin elegoo grey
Bottom layers 4
Bottom exposure 60
Normal exposure 15
Layer hight 0.02

Any idea what this could be ?
I have a feeling the normal exposure is far to high compared to any other that I have seen here ?

Ps: left a exposure test done right now

Seams I’m getting the hang of the printer after the latest issues one of them of the z axis being forcing the screen, sorted just using the code to reset .

Now tank and seat designed and printed by my self ?

Hi guys !

My photon is going crazy, after leveling when I start a print when goes down the first time it’s making a forcing noise against the screen like it’s over leveled but it’s not the paper was sliding out underneath without an issue ?

Any ideas what this could be ?

Guys anyone can help me to understand the exposure test ? For me looks like row 7 which gives me 14sec at 0.02 I’m I looking at this right ?

The first circle that looks good to me it’s on that row the other ones are more oval than round .

My first long print at 0.02, very impressive result I have to say ! At naked eye can’t see any layer lines which is awesome! Te only thing that I’m getting is deformed surface around supports, looks like melted and on straight edges can be wobbly. In this case it’s fine it’s not major but for some future projects I can’t have this issue so solution wanted ? ?

Hey guys ! I got some elegoo grey resin after failed attempts with anycubic and was working and it’s working great for small parts but on bigger parts I’m getting this wired deformation and artifacts like the ones on the pictures.
I’m running at 0.02 with 10sec of exposure 65sec bottom layers 8 .

Any idea what this can be ?

I guys I just saw that Vinicius Silva developed a heating system for the Photons, now how does the heat affect your print quality ? Can it make difference on your layers, smoother finish ?
Where’s live it’s always around 18/23 degrees so if this could improve I would jump in and build one .

After 2 failed attempts on printing some tyres decided to make a exposure test both at 20 and 50micron.
Which one should I go for guys ?
First picture 20 and second pic 50 . I would prefer print at 20 for better quality and looking to the results I would go for 7 or 8 and for 50micron 9 or 10
