Does anyone know how my screen managed to crack?

I've had no issues aside from a screen replacement about a month ago. Haven't releveled since. But today when I did a resin change I noticed the screen had several cracks in it. It didn't have this a few prints ago.

I stick the plastic scraper in the resin vat after every print to make sure nothing is stuck to the FEP. I learned this the hard way.

Dan Gump I normally do. I may have just been lazy and forgot.

Well that's shit, I just replaced the screen about 3 weeks ago.

I recently noticed the same thing. I'm guessing I missed something in the vat at some point :-/
To the best of my knowledge, printing should still be fine, provided I avoid the cracked areas and replace the glass screen soon, yea?

Two months in.

So I've discovered the source of my recent print failures :(

Time to see how good anycubics warranty support is, since it's under 3 months.

Is this a case of the z column not being completely vertical? Every print I have with straight lines comes out warped like this.

Happens with all resins but this is anycubic grey 0.02mm, 8s, 50s.

I know getting a thump sound when the print pulls off the fep is normal. But is it normal/healthy for the build plate to get slightly yanked downwards. It doesn't seem like it would be massively good for the z rod. Sorry for the poor lighting.

Printing area for the supports is fairly high. Fep is tuned to 344hz last time I checked not long ago.

Using anycubic white 0.02mm 7s normal 50s bottom.

Does anyone know what's caused this layer line effect? I printed 2 mirrors parts, 1 is completely fine, the other has these very visible layer lines on one side but not the other. They are signifncatly worse in the middle of the model and become less severe higher up. They don't appear at all under the most obvious bottom line.

The other side of the same part is perfectly smooth.

On closer inspection some seem to be raised and others seem to be cuts into the model.

Printed at 0.02mm 9s exposure in anycubic white. I added a black wash to show the lines a bit easier.

I've never had this issue before with any print.
