Anybody an idea why my paint primed resin miniature became very sticky in some places and others not?

Is it the primer? Reaction to the resin?

(Army painter black primer, well shaken, print fully cured, 2 weeks old)

Need some help here.
Yesterday this print failed with 100 layers remaining (850 of 950) with a memory error.

Now the same print finished but comes out like this...

The anycubic resin seems a bit too brittle. What is the best resin to mix with it to add some flex? (Easily available in Europe please :) )

(Or am I curing incorrectly? Also considering switching too Elegoo grey)

Could somebody help me on setting up the Prusaslicer software for the Photon? (maybe so guide or screenshots?)

New to the hobby, and struggling with why, when, how many supports to use... and the auto-generator of the prusa slcier should be good as i read everywhere.
