My prints are going great with one exception. In some prints, things printed that are laying flat or parts that run flat parallel to the aluminum head are warping, seperating in some areas. Seems like a simple problem with a simple fix?

What do you all think cure times should be in a tank like this with indirect but bright sunlight? It stays cool because cool breeze. The foil makes it pretty dang bright inside.

Any idea why my last 2 prints have done this? The actual print itself looks fine and doesn't have issues somehow. The base it prints on keeps disconnecting from the plate.

Got up this morning and started a print. Everything fine up until today. The build plate came loose mid print and wasn't leveled. Stopped the print. Cleaned the plate. Releveled. Nothing out of the ordinary yet. I try a new print and this happens. It won't start the print. weird humming sound. also cannot move the plate at all.
