If thats the USB stick that came with it - theyre pretty shite. Try formatting it first and try again - or just get a better USB stick

1. Can be usb (don’t use the original one that came with the printer)
2. Update the software - helped in my case

Sometimes people don't convert it to a photon file type when they first start out, hence my comment

I thought everyone was being silly about the USB stick. Ran my unit for a couple months...boom...silly issues started happening. Switched my stick...no more issues.

looks like overexposure but a picture of the actual file you wanted to print would be helpful

what I would do is orient it vertically and only support the bottom. You won't need anything on the interior of the ring resin is capable of completely that circle without it

Your build plate is either too far or too close. Need to level it with the plastic sheet not paper, and back it off .5 millimeter, five steps up on the smallest increment on the plate up command.
