Business idea for some?

Not on a photon, and only for my personal use, but for those of you looking for a business idea, I have posted three of these "keyslips" in last two months on my various motorcycle groups, and been absolutely flooded with request to make all kinds of keyslips from Iron Man to porn style keys. Motorcycling is now a luxury buy, and clients are cashed up.

I cannot make or sell these as I run a B2B printing and casting house, conflict of interest) but have directed several interested people to local jewellers to get them to take the jobs, and pass to us that way. We have done Harley, yamaha, Honda and Ducati key slips now, guys prepared to pay up to 800AUD for the design and cast service. its a bit bizarre, but then, people who will place a container of flammable fluid between their legs, on top of a motor and travel at insane speeds are a little insane, so.. YMMV.

Illl post image of the other two I did in comments.

Take me to your leader!

Aliens printed in Hero dark green resin! The small one is about 25mm tall (S-scale 1:64) and the big one is 70mm tall (G-scale 1:22.5). The bigger alien is the largest thing I've printed so far!

Settings: 0.05mm layer, 10s exposure, 8 bottom layers, 70s bottom layer exposure. Used PrusaSlicer auto-orientation and auto supports. Sliced in ChituBox. Printed on AnyCubic Photon (the original).

Second question.

Same part as in my last post.

The bottom edge of the part is a little "bowed" as compared to a straight edge. The top and sides are good.

The bottom was fully supported.

Thanks for any advice.

Any thoughts what might have happened here? All of the middle/interior supports failed to print for the most part.

Using ChiTuBox..

WELL... im back again to bother you with questions... i printed this, is the base for a claptrap unit from borderlands, and only the parts with a red circle "fell" from the base, and they were stuck to the vat like a molten goo, why did it happen ? and how to avoid it? im gonna re do those parts as stand alone files, but i want to understand where's the mistake.

Please enlight me.

Ive been googling about and have been unable to find any specific documentation on the "lubrication" of the Z-axis on an original Photon. I have had my printer almost a year, and gone through about 15L of resin so far. (if that matters)

My most recent print completed successfully, but there was a rather audible "rubbing/rattle" after each layer was cured and the build plate moved, so i am assuming this is the issue.

I bought some silicone grease, but I am unsure the places to put it. Where the build plate meets the screw gear? Where the screw gear meets the plate where the screen sits? open the back and put it somewhere near the motor? or do i have to take the motor apart and do something there?

So can anybody shed some light for me on what went wrong here? I mean other then the obvious which is that the supports somehow broke lose from the base of the figure and thus it deformed in that strange way. Everything else turned out really great. Should i have added even more supports connecting the base or used thicker (used chitubox medium support settings) supports maybe? Strangely the other half of the base turned out just fine.

Anyone seen an error like this? I'm thinking it's a failing LCD screen, but it's strange that it's semi-symmetrical across the axis that the models were at to each other on the screen, and not symmetrical across the overall XY area of the screen. I also thought it might be under-supported models, but this one was a hollowed version of the same model.
