So I noticed the photon has a ethernet port, anyone use this for network access sending files etc? Or is this something the photon is incapable of? Just curious. :)

Edit: Updated to 4.2.18 and now the entire screen is just flashing lines.

Orogonal.post: Is a flickering screen (some of the time), caused by Firmware or LCD? :(

Original Photon is having intermittent issues.
I see no dead pixels on a screen test.

Seems to be the actual machine just decides whether it desires to print something properly or not.
Tried multiple memory sticks, old and new files.

Turn on. Pick print:

Print either strobes horrendously, or is absolutely fine.

Stopping any file and starting another means it may just refuse to understand the next file and stall at 0% without loading the STL

Printing a file perfectly, it's a lucky dip as to the next one works or not.

I've been trying to print a Vampire Killer for the better part of a week now and I think I've finally got it.

Question: If the base layer of the supports aren't 100% within the vat does that matter terribly? The only parts out of the print area are the edges of my supports.

Angled this way the width of this handle should be about 7 inches.

Anything I should look out for?

This is the largest print I've ever attempted. There are drain holes in the bottom where the handle will eventually slide in btw.

good evening all. rookie here, needing a little help dialing in the Elegoo Gray on my new machine. I'm having a hard time understanding what to change and under what condition based on the look of the print. print is in 1:160 scale, so its pretty tiny, but we are having success on this model on other machines using AC Gray.

1st pic - exposure test. seems to me 6-8 are all good for .05 setting
2nd - chitu settings for the print.
3rd - finished model printed last night, no curing yet.
4th - 2nd AC Green was close but still needs dialed in bit more too, compared to its first trial below it.
5th - what i get from shapeways. so i know Photon can do it :D
