I decided to invest in Toshiba FlashAir so I could send files to the printer over my WiFi. Here is the result. Out of the blue it started printing a solid block. Best fail so far. Anyone interested in buying Toshiba FlashAir ? ? 翻譯年糕

After countless perfect prints my Photon isn't working correctly. Now the plate stops moving up and down after the first quarter to half inch of the print is printed. Has anyone else had this happen? At first I thought that maybe the resin was bad or something, but I tried again with new resin and it's still doing it. Next I might see if it's a firmware problem or maybe the USB. Anybody have any ideas?

Has anyone tried to pause a print overnight? The print that had been running for 9+ hours while I was at work failed and I would like to start a new one. If my Photon is running at night, my girlfriend will kill me (we can hear the buzzing since it's next to the bedroom).

Will longtime pausing impact the print?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but my bed has just metal rather than the blue bottom that I see in most pictures, is this normal and I've just not been looking enough or have I got a problem?

So after a very nice test cube I've tried to print a model I've been working for ages on. I have generated support using the Anycubic slicer with default settings.

Used the following settings:

Layer 0.05

Exposure time 8

Off time 3

Bottom exposure 60

Bottom layers 6

You can see several issues. The most obvious is the distortion of the print at the beginning where it rolls up - does that happen because of tension from the part vs. the supports and can be solved using more supports? I would like all the supports to be on the back side - is that possible?

The second thing are the lines - are those due to the Z screw or something else?

You might also notice several supports were broken during printing.

Any idea what caused this kind a mish mash on the bottom? I tried printing supportless hoping the angle was enough it looks to be about 35 or 40 from the print bed... I do know that the front two legs didn't completely adhere to the bed when i took it off the machine. I was using a slurry of anycubic clear and esun white since my white ran out but I'm not sure if that changes things too much.

How do y'all print round, coin-like things? I tried printing it parallel to the bed on supports, but I got some layer peeling on the last couple layers. Then I tried perpendicular, but it seemed to deform a little where the supports connected to the rim. Thanks! <3
