It seems like the printing plate is lowered a little to much. It makes a very bad sound when the printing starts. At the time Im printing some small items, but they don get at higt as they should. Can I get it to start a little higher. (I have done everything as I use to)

I need some troubleshooting advice. I’m printing some tiny football helmet and masks. I had a few helmets appear to separate from the supports [before picture] (this after many successful prints). It was recommended that I relevel the printer which I did using the paper method. Same result. So then I releveled using the Flint Reed method and also bumped my bottom exposure up 25% from recommended.

Take a look at the after photos this morning. All printed fine but that one helmet which is a copy of the one on the other end. What is causing the print to come out like that after a month of printing that model fine?

I'm seeing a lot of people doing tabletop miniatures so I want to run an idea past people. There use to be toys for a show called metabots roughly the size of minis. You could buy different ones and change out the different sections(head, abdomen, r arm,l arm, legs) to customize it. What if we made something like that for tabletop games?

I've been playing around with my photon for a week now. After a couple of fdm printers this has been the easiest setup I've experienced. After the supplied anycubic green resin I would like to start with some ftd deep black. Ive downloaded the resin-xp-finder and ran the 50 micron test. I've added the result. In the resin settings google doc there are 2 entries stating 11 and 17 seconds. What layer exposure time would you choose?

So I upped the detail in the litho by playing with the online converter settings but for some reason now getting massive curling not sure if the two are related or coincidental. Anyone know the causes of curling off the bed? This was printed flat to the bed. The curling always seems to start on the left side of the bed.

So I've had lots of very interesting misprints in the few months of owning this printer, but having the entire UV screen stick to the bottom of the vat and lift out with it is a new one.

I think I may have a squirrel problem... I picked up a few bottles of the EC UV resin and have been printing the last few weeks with it. Yesterday I left a few parts out to cure on my front porch. When I returned later some parts were missing and one of the parts had a pretty big bite mark in it.

Question, what will happen to this Squirrel? Will I have squirrel zombies living under my porch?
