Soooo frustrating seeing all you lucky people doing such fab things with your Photons
! Need to vent my frustration and hopefully get some positive vibes from you all !

I joined this group (and Photon S) as soon as I ordered, and in anticipation of my new toy/Photon S arrival that I ordered off eBay via Anycubic in Czech. I also bought a sh*t load of other associated “kit”, including 1.5L of Anycubic resin, a big box of army painter acrylics, 5L of alcohol, UV nail curing kit, massive boxes of gloves and paper towels, assorted paint brushes, modelling tools etc.

Sadly I seem to have been somewhat hasty as the courier company (DHL/4PX) a few days after my purchase stamped their tracking as “delivered” to some bloke called Herr Cosmin, by the looks of it in Germany (I’m in the UK ! ). 2 and a half weeks on, and despite the fact the parcel appears not to have left Germany, let alone been delivered to the UK, I’m having to wait for the protracted process of formally logging the parcel as not delivered (not helped by Anycubic doing nothing for a week due to national holiday). I’m now told I have to wait another 15 days while DHL are to investigate.

I’m really hoping this isn’t indicative of Anycubic’s customer service. Am I just really unlucky or have others experienced issues ??

Oh I also spent more money and signed up for a few miniatures Patreon’s ...seems I really jumped the gun and just keeping fingers firmly crossed that Anycubic sort this out and don’t leave me in the lurch. From what I’ve seen the Photon is an amazing bit of kit...just need to actually receive it !?

Finished it! Anyone who has the Anycubic Photon S & needs a ventilation setup, this one works perfectly and leaves ZERO odor even for a fully indoor setup! I made it virtually amateur proof, super easy to setup and you don’t have to rip apart your entire printer to make it work. Once everything is printed you can have it setup in 10 minutes!
