Why do parts seem to print like this ? There was not supports on this model and it should all be flush to the build plate

I'm trying to print with Z lift=0, and supports everywhere.

Problem is that bottom raft is touch the model.

Hi guys, I need some help... I’ve just got my photon about a week ago, so probably asking a stupid question or made some rookie mistake.
It happened like once out of 3 prints. Looks like a couple layers went completely off, not sticking or skipped...? It always occurs at about 1-2 cm from the build plate... Anywhere after that looks totally fine. The strange thing is the print prior to this one came out fine (very very similar file, same settings and resin) not perfect but fine. I’m using the anycubic eco resin, latest firmware.
Sorry for my English, Thanks for any input ??
