Any trick to keep bed level? When I re-level it, that print is perfect, and then next print never adheres. (5 have happened like this now) Do I just need to re-level it every print?

I thought it was because I unplugged the first time it happened, or because I didnt tighten the bolt in the ball joint well enough, but I really cranked down on it and was very careful when scraping the build plate.

Is there something I'm missing?

Ok, I need help! Please!
Test cube prints perfectly but my own stuff just makes a thin flat shape on the bottom of the tank! ? . 3 failed prints so far. I use a 2mm skate and I put supports everywhere (see pic). Bottom exposure is 90, 8 layers.
I've tried 2 prints with Anycubic Grey and the last one with the green stuff that came with the printer.
Meanwhile my Ender 3 just churns out stuff, no issues!

The FAQ here is great! A few things it didn't cover, that if you can point me into the right direction would be great.

A.) Optimal part orientation? (Yes I know prusa slicer does this - and you can use that as part of your work flow - cool) - BUT what is it doing? I know there is more resolution on the z then the XY, so why is it tilting the part better? How does it know what is the best compromise?!?!? And how can I outsmart it?

B.) I'm new to SLA, so what kind of long term testing has there been with resins subject to the outdoor environment? Where can I read about that more?

(PS - I'm not spring chicken, I have 5 FDM machines, and work for Adafruit, so no need to treat me like a total newbie! )
