Well, got my first setback. One of the corner bases attached itself to the FEP instead of the bed so was forced to clean it. Even though I tried to be gentle the scraper put dents in the FEP and since I was still waiting for my microwave cloth to be delivered I decided to use paper towel because some people say they're perfectly fine and it end up putting a whole bunch of scratches into it. I assume this was a bed leveling issue so I will need to figure that out along with replacing my first FEP tomorrow, ugh.

Hey all, just been printing some minis on my photon s. I feel the details on my prints arent quite as sharp as I've seen from some of you guys so I printed something from artisans guild. Same result. Don't get me wrong, the details is still great but I was wondering if anyone had some tips for even more detail?

Waiting to get new resin to do the exposure test and really start dialing in the photon and getting more detail for minitures.

Difficult to take a picture, but my screen test is displaying these horizontal scanlines in the spots that shouldn't be illuminated. It's not as bright as the test rectangle but it's bright enough that I'm concerned about coming back to find a block of cured resin in place of the miniatures I'm trying to print.

So I'm not complaining because my print came out perfect, will have pics soon, curing right now. But in the process of printing I went into my room to check the % and noticed that it was exposing at less time then my settings. I timed one layer and it was between 4 & 5 secs, is that normal? I'm using Elegoo grey, 12 secs normal exposure. Again not complaining it's a nice print and nothing stuck to the fep. I even paused it to make sure it was fine.

So, first try with Elegoo grey. My print turned out squashed. Like the it's compressed in the Z-axis.

Layer 0.04 Exposure 10s
Base 6 layers exposure 60s

For the next test
- Upped the exposure to 12s and 65s for the base layers.
- I switched out the USB drive (I was using the one that came with the Photon but read it can give errors?)

Let's see how it turns out.
