Voodoo Bree in Elegoo Gray and the beginnings of a paint job ? This thing is amazing for a free model.

I seen here about not using the USB drive that comes with the printer. I also seen that I shouldn’t use any drive larger than a 8gb. Is there a reason for that? Of course I already bought a 64gb. Will that work?

ok is it just me or does the sample green resin smell much worse then other resins? I have an anycubic white and a monoprice black they all smell bad but the green seems so much worse to me or is it that's its semi transparent? cause the other resins I have are solid colors

Anyone have "Optimize Orientation" experience with the Prusa slicer? I just started playing with it yesterday, and although it seems to find some optimal orientation that matches certain criteria (minimize islands? overhangs? suction forces? etc) it seems to neglect (For obvious reasons) "faces of interest" which you want to face away from your build plate and supports. Do you know if there is anyway to get a slightly less optimal orientation, but one that allows you to have a selected face to point away from the build plate? [I'm open to other out of the box ideas , i.e. other software]

My workflow this weekend once my printer started cranking parts out (finally):

1.) Prusa Slicer, Generating Supports
2.) Prusa Slicer setting up next build plate for supporting
3.) Chitubox, Hollowing models
4.) Chitubox, Putting holes in hollow models
5.) Chitubox, Slicing.

I had all of these going at once, while streaming on the side...It worked pretty well, and I didn't have much downtime waiting for calculations. Putting holes in models always comes with an annoyingly long pause, glad I figured out things to do as I wait, this started with just prepping build plates full of stuff as STLs, but I noticed I did that way quicker than the hollowing and holes steps, so I started to do more and more. After about 26 files done like this, my computer sorely needed a restart, but hey, productive Saturday :)

Tonight I find out what went wrong on my last print on Sunday that caused z=0 to start in the wrong spot. Hopefully the FEP is ok, heard a noise, but it was too late at night to work on it.

Siraya Easy, with Monocure Platebond is working out for me now that I re-did my z=0. Such a crucial part of the machine set-up. And with Siraya Easy it really didn't have much room for error. Tough resin to use.

Printed these models from designer Dizingof, 50mm, those edges are really super thin.

Anybody tried the anycubic plant based resin yet? With all the people talking about how bad the normal resin is for you and the smell, I assume this is going to be pretty popular here. The question is, does it actually work correctly and cure right compared to the "non diet" resin. :)

If anybody has tested it I'd like to know how it compares.
