Hey gang, new Photon owner. Printed this barbarian last night and it turned out well...but why does it generate support under the mini base? Is it not a good idea to print the base directly on the build plate?

Hi guys me again ? is it normal for the print to be sticking to the FEP slightly before pulling free as it lifts? I recorded it but I'm not sure if you'll be able to hear it popping free over the fan noise. Cheers again ?

Got my printer less than a week ago and have been printing almost nonstop! There's definitely been a lot of learning (had a whole days worth of failed prints), but it's been entirely worth it!! Wantes to test out the finest detail it could get and it's pretty insane!! Toothbrush bristles for size reference.

Anyone have thoughts on the following mixes (trying to thin out some older resins I have:

50/50 Blu / AC Starter green

50/50 Blu / Elegoo Clear with maybe 10% AC grey

I figure it will make the Blu a little less finicky and the Mixer less Fragile.

My first print (a die) was flawless. This machine is gonna be fun!!

Second print (two more die, and parts for a modular space marine) went ok, both dice and one arm didn't print (what did was amazing).

Third print tried again, nothing stuck to the plate

4th print nothing stuck again and my FEP is cloudy as hell (probably from IPA).

The adventure continues.
