Could someone help me out with a sort of Failed print?

I've made some Lifepoint counters (picture below)

I printed Straight to the Bed to make sure the lettering wasn't angled but the Print came out perfect but no lettering (i guess due to Resin Filling and curing because the gap is too small), it is Deep enough being about 3.75 of the 7.25mm thickness of the token.

I'm trying an angled print right now at the usual 45ish with support but I would really like to print these without supports.

Any ideas about how to improve the print end of things?, the Digital sculpt is fully meshed & solid no faults.

Hi all, I've had my Photon for about three weeks and just noticed this layering or striation effect going on. You can actually feel the layers too if you scratch your nail across them. Any idea what may be causing it? This print was done at 0.05mm.

Hi there,
i have finished my first print, the test cube.
Printed in:
Anycubic green (the given bottle) well shaked before and seattled for 10 minutes for bubbles to come out.
room temperature
bed leveled using the "paper method" there was just one grub screw, i have taken it out to be sure. couldnt really tighten it more, i was quite nerwous not to strip the screw.
Printed from new kingston usb stick

there is some wobbling in the print? i guess.
and one of the words didnt print at all.--->pictures

What should i look for? I dont know if its bed leveling cause, or something with my resin wat?

Little PSA, this is the single best (and only) "upgrade" I've needed on my photon. One of these and some velcro.

I used to get regular USB errors, which I think is down to the USB port not being great, and constantly removing and replugging in the USB. When I added an extension it was not only easier to access, but there is less wear and tear on the machine. And it seems to mount much better, so I'm no longer getting USB errors. Only cost a couple of dollars and made a huge difference to the success of my prints.

What is the best way of removing prints from the plate? I have pieces that require no support but have a large flat base which is making it rather difficult to remove without breaking.

When printing with no supports flat on the build plate, i'm getting prints lifting off the plate. What do i need to do to secure un-supported prints?

Does anyone else's Photon randomly have the optical sensor at the back fail when starting a print?

I'd say one in every 20-30 prints or so, I'll start printing and the bed will lower slowly as usual. However, upon reaching the vat the optical sensor seems to be ignored (no stopping or beeping) and the bed begins pushing into the screen making a worrying grinding sound. I usually rush to stop the print, but not sure what would happen if I just left it unattended.

I'm on the latest firmware (had it on previous firmwares too). Nothing blocking the optical sensor and it happens on my relatively old (12+mo) and new (1 mo) Photons. Anyone else have this or know a way to avoid it besides hovering at the start and panic-cancelling?
