Ok guys, another noob question. How do you prevent the resin to flow between there indicated by the arrows when you turn the print plate around to remove a model. Now I'll have to take it all apart and clean it ?

1 week of printing with my photon, I noticed when I rinse in ipa my prints lose there clarity and go frosty. Anyway around this? I want it to be crystal clear if possible.

So I haven't used the printer in almost 4 months (no projects needed for the job), but now i've loaded up a couple of small prints and i can't get anything to stick to the bed. I've tightened the FEP, reveled everything and I've included my settings below. I've done 4 tries so far and nothing is sticking. Any help would be appreciated.

Just did my first LCD replacement. Word from the wise? Dont forget the double sided tape, or the kapton tape around the edges. Did a test print, things went lukewarm (3 models printed out of like 8), and when I was pulling the vat to pick out the cured bits, the lcd was sticking to the vat. Pulled a little hard, et voila, broken screen. I feel like this is some kind of record.

Could a flarked FEP cause it?

Edit: yes fep needs to be changed no matter what but there are issues with rev file apparently. See added pictures

So u know its been asked over and over again , and I'm sorry to do it.
As I have my new photon arriving today, I was hoping for a few tips from the group.
Like anything to watch for during set up?
Is there any suggested setting for the sample resin that comes with it?
Does anyone have settings for anycubics new clear low odor resin?
Any tips or help is greatly appreciated
