(Pardon if this is too off topic) I've got a question for you all that paint your prints (specifically minis):

I have a translucent (clear) I've been using. I have some "fire" features that I want to color orange/yellow. But I want it to be still translucent. What paint and techniques do you recommend?

My spouse says my AC Grey has to go because of the pungent fumes (even with the 3M filtration device I printed and added).
Anyone have experience with Siraya Fast Grey? I hear it has almost no smell? What about print quality?

Quick question guys. Is it normal that the preview of the model on the printer's screen squashed ? will the model come out squashed? ( It's a large & long print so i don't want to waste time and resin )

Note: It's a photon S . and the only thing i changed from my default settings is the Z-lift distance to 15. and antialiasing to 4.

I like the way half Anycubic Green and half Anycubic White looks. I wouldn't have bought white, but I was one of the resin winners when they did their survey. Models are Artisan Guild's modular Dwarf and a Naga Warrior from gloomyKid. Looks like I thought part of the model was support (the strands coming from the back of the mouth). Next time, I'll have the stl for reference when I remove support. Printed with Anycubic White recommendation from the spreadsheet (12 seconds per layer). The results are in...with Simon Jackson's twin rail mod for the Photon. Side by side before and after models. I don't think I need to say which is which. ;) I used the same exact files for both before and after. I still have one more model I want to run a test with, and that is a model the anycubic support had given me to test out which dimensions I had z wobble problems.
Simon Jackson , you have a nice piece of kit, sir!

I'm new to the resin based printer community and have an issue coming up my prints don't look bad but one of them is missing its arms completely while the other has one arm that looks extreamly flat compared to other both have what looks like an area the resin might not of hardened all way and looks like a puddle was formed then hardened on them. Can anyone tell me why it might do this?

I have a new LCD on the way and this morning I pulled out the old one so everything would be ready to install the new. I noticed when I lifted up the old screen that there's some kind of black adhesive gunk (I assume the remains of some kind of double-sided tape) around the edges that formerly held the screen in place. Some of it came up and some of it stayed in place - should I be scraping it all out under the assumption that the new one will have the same material on it, or do I need to worry about finding some sort of replacement for this material? The couple of videos I've seen about changing the LCD don't mention this at all.
