Help.... please can someone tell me why this keeps happening. My supports are coming out broken and the model has lines in it I'm using the new Photon s. I never had these problems with the old photon. Is it me or does the new slicing software suck?

New to the group, just got my Photon S yesterday. Test cube print was just fine. Did my 2nd print of this wolf. Used auto-supports from the Photon-Workshop software and this is what I got. the malformed flat part was the part facing the plate. Is this a support issue or what?

Not sure what this is or why it's happening.

AC Aqua Blue. 0.05, 10 Bottom Layer, 10 exposure time, 80 bottom layer exposure.

I did the exposure test but it didn't work. Tried to do a regular print and this happened.

Just upgraded to the epax firmware.

Please look at these pictures. I know the Front of a new display Panel has protective film that must be removed, Does the bottom also have a protective film? If not then my brand new replacement Screen from AnyCubic has a large scratch in it.

For those that do the Prusa slicer to Chitubox workflow, what are your support settings? Do you run the sl1 profile for supports? I set up a custom area to the photon print bed.

I am going to assume this is not normal...has anyone discovered TWO set screws installed here from the factory? I've leveled this maybe 4 times then the last time, screw would tighten hard but the platform was totally loose. Took it all apart and found this.

If it wasn't for the couple hours I've wasted here it would almost be funny!

So my first print of course is the test file that came on it I'm guessing this is a z offset issue is it to close or to far any advice welcomed thanks
