Problem: print failures are causing internal separations between laminate layers of my FEP film on my Photon's resin tank. First the layers pull apart internally, then a later failure tears the outer layer off. This has happened twice with replacement films purchased through anycubic. I'm not enjoying having to tear down my tank and replace the film after a few prints.

* Is anyone else experiencing this and do you have solutions or work-arounds?
* Am I doing something wrong here? My FEP installs are drum tight.
* Are there FEP films from third party vendors that perform better?

Offbeat question... If I use a transparent type resin with hollowed out models, will any resin still trapped inside cure under uv light? (that last bit that you either cant drain out or that you just didn't have room for good drain holes on)

Yet another failed print. Increasing my bottom layer exposure time from 85 to 110 seconds to get this print to stay stuck! I know, I know..... It really should be angled to decrease the overall FEP surface area for each layer but Titan Ross assures me that he prints it in this exact same orientation (flat to the build plate) with no build plate adhesion issues.

Do settings have to be change when you print with different color resins of the same resin manufacture? I swapped over to the gray color and now I get all failed prints! I ordered up some transparent green since this worked for me. I am new to this type of printing. Can some suggest here what the problem might be. Print sticks to the bed , but the rest of the print is a failure.

So I was in this ancient Nordic barrow and being chased by a Draugr, but managed to snatch this shiny bauble on the way out. Might be just enough to afford a Sweet Roll from the inn and a new hunting bow from Warmaiden's.
