If I need a super detailed, small piece printed (like a stamp to indent clay) that needs to keep as much detail as possible, what setting would you recommend if using the AnyCubic grey? The stamp head is roughly 5-7mm wide, and it’s on a handle.

Hi, I have tried to do my first 3D printing with Anycubic Photon S and the model not stiking to platform. The model is sticked to the FEP. Any advice? have you change any settings?

I thought Anycubic support was supposed to be decent. I submitted a ticket over the weekend and got an email back saying they got the ticket. Nothing since.

My problem is that the printer would just print a layer or two and reboot. I hooked the printer up to a UPS and have been unplugging the printer and waiting a few minutes before printing again. This seems to have worked.

I have noticed that the machine will not read my usb sticks they are 16gb fat32 formatted that work in everything else. The usb port on the photon seems really sloppy. It makes me wonder if there is a problem in the usb port that if the table is bumped or something that the usb stick is no longer making a good connection and faulting out?

Does anyone know how to contact AnyCubic to get reliable help?

Just a heads up on using Elegoo white resin - it settles / separates really quickly.

When starting a new print make sure you give the vat a good stir / run a mixing gcode.

I can even notice a subtle difference on a 6 hour print with the density of the white changing from first layer to the last.

Price is so low at 280$ was about to buy this thing. 1st resin printer. But before I do, why not the photon S. Bigger build plate. The main thing I’m going to do with this is miniatures to try to sell to a local game store and it will be more efficient to print more at once?

I am buying my first printer in 2 weeks or so and was looking at this one but wanted to ask a community of actual owner what they thought about the printer instead of relying on the reviews of people who may or may not actually own one or don’t really know what they are doing. I have done my research but still have a few questions.

1. For a first time printer long time 3D modeler is this printer going to give me the high quality I am looking for?

2. Dispute having to clean every model and the tray after every print and cure everything after it is washed,how easy is this printer to use? I watched some videos and from them it seems rather easy despite the messy resin and the smell.

3. I want to know how many people had any mechanical problems with the printer right out of the box , what were they and how easy were they to resolve and was there a cost?

4. Would you recommend this printer to a friend. Also if you own multiple resin printer is there a printer you would recommend over this one.

5. Should I go with the photon or the photon s for the best results

I am sure there are a few questions I am missing and any extra information is welcomed I am just trying to get the best printer I can with out buying a form printer.

I created my first hollow models. What is the best material to use to fill those holes. I know that Chitubox printed out fillers but I don't think those will be the best solution.

Hello.

Im looking for a UK resin printer to commission on 2 parts of an STL file I have of a Tank. My 1st commission was from a US printer who did the tracks in resin but the hull and turret with a standard 3d printer.

So im needing the Hull and Turret done from the STL file.

Hull is just under 180mm x 70mm

Turret is a little under 135mm x 90mm.
Any help would be awesome.
