Just got the PhotonS today. I am trying to find out if I can connect it to my network or Raspberry Pi. I read that the first Photon has/had a network cable. Can the PhotonS be connected over network or Pi? Would be nice if I didn't need to use a thumb drive.

This printer is awesome! I did have a problem with the fep, it made a weird pattern in the center after printing the eiffel tower.. and made it weak... so tonight it leaked a little.. fist booboo... so changing the fep tomorrow...but still... 2 weeks of printing and no problems... never emptied the vat, i just add the colors on top of each other and never changed the settings either...never a failed print...great little machine...

Hi Everyone,
I have been working with the Anycubic Orange recently and I have more problems with it than Anycubic Maroon.

Somehow it seems to be more viscous than the other resin, sticks to the teflon film instead of the build plate and is more prone to artifacts.

Is there an additive or other resin type I can mix to improve the performance? Especially to lower the viscosity.
Is there an optimal print setting with 0.01 layers?
Would it help to mix orange and maroon?

What would cause this print to start lifting off the bed? All my other prints have been good. I printed the first Minotaur and actually forgot to hollow him and he was secure to the bed. This print finished and all was good but as you can see it's curling on both ends. Print ended up ok but I have 5 more of these to go, a couple of them are larger so I want to nip this in the bud.

First attempt at this print failed. I ended up emptying and cleaning the vat. I sliced it again with more of an angle this time. Suggestions?

As some of you may recall I posted earlier about my bed always just becoming unlevel and it would feel tight still after the print. The reason behind it was because resin went above the screws that set the bed from the first time I used the printer (I overfilled the resin past the groove) and it lubricated the ball joint so upon printing the first few layers there’s enough suction force created to move the bed... TRY NOT TO FILL YOUR RESIN PAST THE ATTACHMENT PLATE TO THE BED!

Is there any way possible that there could be a pinned post instructing people who post asking for help with failures to post a pic of the model, in the slicer, with supports, along with resin used, settings used, and whether they are using Classic or S? It would get them help a lot faster, and save everyone a lot of time and trouble.

It wouldn't hurt to also pin the photonsters.org info...
