Here’s a fun one —

Aside from a few missed supports, I pulled a 15 hour print to find it with some unexpected, circular voids...

Tried this file hollowed, and then solid thinking the walls were too thin. Issue persists, and doesn’t appear to be reflected in the supports

Any theories on what’s going on?

When hollowing out your model... are internal supports necessary? I ask cause I'm using clear green resin and internal supports are visible. Thanks all!

I've heard that some thermostats are burning or stopping.

A friend explained to me that the fan despite consuming energy also generates energy and this can overwhelm the system.

If I understood, a diode must be inserted Before connecting the fan.

Trying out Elegoo. Have been using Monocure for a long time. Monocure Rapid Gray (right) vs. Elegoo Gray (left). Unprimed. I think the monocure needs to be primed for more of the details to pop where as the elegoo shows the details better even when it's not primed.

I've turned out a couple dozen prints at the default 50u layer height, but I'm keen on trying a smaller layer height.

I've heard 25u as a "limit" for the Photon S, but I've also seen a blog list as low as 10u (which sounds like madness).

What do folks reco as a stable "smallest" layer height for high-fidelity models? And is there a reco for exposure time at that layer height?
