UV Lamp(s) for curing question...

I have a 4ft ish UV light tube should be 36w (ceiling light style) that I used to use for DJ sets many moons ago but it still works fine... could I use this to cure prints? Overkill size wise I know but make a box lined with tin foil and have it pushed through tight openings in the side so box is not too big.

Failing this can people recommend any thing within the UK preferable from amazon or similar to get it fast lol

Purchased second Photon last week to go along with my first so that I could print twice as much in the same time. Been having massive problems with it compared to my first Photon. Same resin, same times, same STL prints fine on one printer and fails ~75% on the other.

Had original Photon for about a year now and I'd say 90-100% success rate (just human error now and then from bad supports) so not a new user, and know what I'm doing. Leveled and re-leveled, checked FEP tightness, firmware update to latest, checked build plate flat, etc.

Finally had an STL that consistently failed (would either come out with a weird surface finish, or would not stick to the front of the bed and warp). Looking at the LCD, I noticed the closest half of the LCD is wobbling (video attached - left half of the centered print). This doesn't appear to happen on the exposure test - just this print (and randomly in the middle of other prints).Wobbling gets worse as the print goes on.

Figured I would post here to see if there was anything I should check. So far I've checked LCD cable seating, positioning, etc. Is this a faulty LCD and needs replacing? Anything else I should try internally? I haven't removed the LCD to check the cable on that end as I'm just worried from the amount of broke-my-LCD-horror stories on here and would rather just return and replace from Amazon if it's likely to be that.

Newbie question... ever since I’ve gotten the bed leveled (and I’ve had multiple successful prints!) but I’ve noticed something that feels “off”. When i take the build plate off and to remove the prints, I can feel the build plate wobble around. I’ve checked and the set screw is still as tight as when I leveled. Is it normal for the build plate to be wobbly after you remove it from the z-axis rod after a print? I can try to take a short video after my next print if that’s helpful.

Any ideas on why I've got a weird rectangle occurring in the corner of the print? It's obviously not part of the model. I've tried printing this three time now, and gotten this artifact twice.

Elegoo RapidCure Grey with suggested settings from the community sheet, 0.05 layer height. File designed in TinkerCAD for the local brewery's weekly trivia night.

Just tried my first print and it’s stuck to the resin vat film instead of the build plate anyone know why. Also when I try to add any support to a file the application freezes.
