Since I can't use the resin exposure test due to owning the Photon S, are there other helpful test prints to find proper exposure times? I'm about to crack open Elegoo Gray, have only used AC green so far. Thanks!

Finally got a decent first print of a new cab I designed in Wanhao Grey. It took an exposure test to dial this in . But thanks to this great group and the excellent description on Github it was quite easy. Thank you guys for all the good work!

Some new prints, and my first failed print (the Angel's feet messed up :( ). I didn't have any supports there, though, so I think I can fix it next time, or edit the stl to just print the feet.

Her wings are still printing.

Is there a formula to calculate the exposure time for thinner layers?
For example a resin needs exposure time of 17 seconds for 0.05mm layer.
What exposure time would the same resin need for a layer of 0.02mm? 翻譯年糕

Hope everyone is having a good day.

I have been trying to find information regarding depressions/bumps left in the FEP following prints. I have already gone through one after just 4 prints, and it caused a micro-leak onto the screen. I replaced it, and after the first print there was already a pretty large bump right in the middle.

I made sure there wasn’t anything between the FEP/LCD, and the build plate does not have any abrasions or bumps itself. I leveled the bed with the flint read method this time since last time, I used the any cubic recommended method.

I’m trying another print, and it seems to be working alright, will add photos after it’s done to see if there are any additional marks.

I understand it can keep printing on a pretty well marked up and abused FEP, but I really don’t want more leaks. Any help is appreciated. I will also add a photo of the previous FEP after I took it out in the comments.
