Hello everyone I need help with my Anycubic, I only get traces in the resin tray but never on the construction plate I have made all the indications that you have suggested to me as:

- Agitate and preheat the resin

-I have been increasing the values of 2 in 2 from 12 to 20 seconds

-The botton exposure time I went from 50 to 140

-The point z 0 is correct

-I changed the factory pen for a new one

So I would ask you what else can I do.

I tried to buy siraya blu resin on amazon, but it got rejected by custom regulations of my country i.e. Belgium.
Does anyone know some good alternatives for strong resins in europe that are about the same price/quality?

Latest on the power down saga and I'm sure I'm boring you all to tears with it. Apologies:

I'm so almost done with this machine after several days of trying to fix this.

Up dated firmware to the latest 4.2.12. as per Anycubic suggestion.

The printer still continually powers down and up again when moving the z axis, levelling or even just navigating through the menus. Another video attached.

It's the same problem the update firmware is suppose to solve.

I'm sure some of you are also experiencing this issue. What are your thoughts? Ditch it or press on and fix?

Hi all, Having an issue with my printer. Turned it on, screen came on but touch controls did not work. Tried to reset the printer and now it downs not turn on at all, is this a common issue?

UPDATE:
Issue found, was using a USB it did not like. back to my usual stick and good as new

So, what we have here is a failure to communicate

or a failure to take on board the communication. Help me to understand which it is:

I sent a message to Anycubic support explaining that my photon powered down and then, after 2 minutes powered up again of it's own accord, twice with a few minutes in-between! Then off again for the third and final time. Now it just ticks like a time bomb when I turn it on. Kaput.

I gave the above symptoms to Anycubbic in detail.

Their response was to update the firmware, shove a grommet between the power socket and the metal casing and, lastly, put electrical tape around the perimeter of the LCD screen. (??????)

I did as they asked regarding the grommet first, (made sense to), omitted the electrical tape because it was just a stupid idea and, finally, proceeded to upgrade the firmware.

But guess what?

It. Doesn't. Turn. On.

Thoughts?
