What support settings do you use for small objects, for example 28mm miniatures? I use chitubox and using Photon (classic) whit green resin. Someone who has improvement suggestions on my settings?

I tested Siraya Easy on the EPAX X1 at 10 second exposure and 50 microns.

4 bottom layers of 100 seconds each was not enough to secure my thick/solid torsion test socket. So I am recommending 8 layers of 100 seconds each. I did 6 layers and that pulled the socket off also (difficult part).

10 seconds gave a perfect mechanical fit of +- 0.1mm.

10 seconds did not form the Space Needle on the Amerilabs Town test. I am not sure if 11 seconds would have formed it or not, but I tend to prefer exposures 1 second less than what it takes to form it.

So, I would say 10-11 seconds is correct, but not less than 10 seconds. This implies 14 seconds would probably be the best for a Photon.

Any suggestions as to optimal orientation? I'm having a hard time popping this off the build plate. I hollowed it and put holes in the back but then I have resin pooling inside. This is going to be a vacuum form mold, so I really don't care about the back at all.

Sen , Vinicius , this is a beautiful example of my question. Help me understand why these models, oriented in this fashion, have lines that are vertical on one, and horizontal on the other. This HAS to be the model’s fault and not the printer right?
