Today I got a failed print, first one that's really bad just the whole thing looked like it had come off the plate on one side.
So I think clean resin vat, reset to 0 and go again, this worked for my first (this is second) failed print.
I do the usual 10mm as far as I dare then 1mm, it stops at a certain height and refuses to move lower no matter what I do.
I even try and trick it by moving it up 10mm then down 1mm and then try more 1mms but it's the same spot every time.
So this can't have been the problem with the print due to it was actually on the plate but I have no idea where to go from here.
Photon-S had it two weeks used it for, yes I know it's a lot, 70-80 hours in that time.

So I'm seeing some weird failures. Here it seems to have cut out over a large area for multiple layers. It had solid support, including a large mass to build off of right behind the break.

Anyone seen anything like this?

Hi guys, having an issue where smaller prints come out perfectly, but my larger are either not sticking to the base plate or are partially peeling like so. Ive checked the level and it looks and feels good, would this be a under exposed base layer?
