One would think as many times as I have sat my fat ass in a bath tub, the reasoning behing "fill the vat up 1/3 of the way" would have been clear. Thankfully the bottle that came with the printer only held that much or I would have a mess.

Hi everyone. I got a new laptop recently, and it didn't came with 3d builder (weird?), which I use to repair stls, as per the advice of this community.
I downloaded and installed it, and when I go to repair the first model, it doesn't. I click, and the error keeps appearing. A fast Googling didn't help much in the matter.

So I ask, does anybody know a fix to this problem?
Or better yet, is there a software that does the repair in the same fashion? I got meshmixer and b9creator already installed, if those help...

I did my first two prints over the weekend. The first was the photon.photon from the included USB stick. This wasn’t the cage cube as expected, but 4 birdcages and a rectangular tower.

The birdcages are amazing. You almost can’t tell they’re printed.

The tower has irregular holes in two faces, about 80% up from the base. There is also a hole right above the base, but I think I caused that getting it off the plate. You can see differences in layer texture leading up to the holes.

Any idea what may have caused these?
