Hi guys, my printer recently developed lines on the LCD screen. I have never had a FEP film break, so I don’t think it’s from resin. When you scratch a finger nail on it, it feels smooth so it seem it’s on the under side.

Has anyone seen this before? Can anyone help me on why this happened?
These lines show up in my prints and makes them worthless.

Hi all so I level and level and level and I cant get it right. My prints come out smooshed to one side. If you look close you can see that traft is at a 2 or 3 degree grade. Used a machinist level on the build plate and it's very flat. Any sugestions.

Hey Folks,

Does anyone know of a way to check what wavelength your curing lights are *actually* running at?

I've got 3 different UV light sources. A little LED Torch, a 6-light LED nail curer, and 5m of UV LED striplight. All 3 sources were advertised as 405nm lights. All three look significantly different to the eye. The torch looks really deep blue, like an old-school black-light flouro tube, and seems to work the best. The nail light looks whiter, and doesn't seem to do quite as much (Definitely got multiple LEDs per chip package), and the strip light is almost pure white with a hint of blue, and seems to be the 'weakest' of the three.

The only test I've been able to come up with is to stick a drop of fresh resin on a card, hit it with the light, and observe how quickly/violently it goes off.

Does anyone know whether there's a more sensible/reliable method to test them?

Question for the group. Do resin bottles have an expiration date? I just saw a big ink smudge and the numbers 09/25 stamped on the bottle that was delivered to me the other week.
If I was just shipped a bottle that is almost 5 months past it's expiration date, I'm going to have a few nasty words for the seller.

anyone here have issues with prints sticking to the fep film? i thought i fixed this issue and was able to get a solid print out of it. but after printing again with the same settings, it went back to getting stuck to the FEP. anyone have any advice? printing with the first bottle of clear green you get with the anycubic photon
