I couldn't get chitubox to add supports to the handles on this chest so I got in some more Meshmixer practice. I like it's supports, could be worth adding to your toolbox.

Evening all! I'm going to print this dragon mini from the Lost Dragons Kickstarter, so I don't need 0.05mm levels of detail for the body. Does anyone have any advice on which mm I should go for trade off between detail and speed? Presumably a greater mm should also make the Print quicker? Thank you!

Hi guys, new to here!

4 quick questions:

1. Can you get flexible resins e.g. like TPU filament?

2. How does the resin strength compare to e.g. PLA, ABS etc?

3. Outside of figurines, what practical uses can you get from resin e.g. are they good/ bad for outdoor use, are they heat resistant etc?

4. How long do the prints take to do in mm, e.g. 1 hour per 20mm in height?

Apologies if these questions have been asked before, but I couldn't find any information. Cheers!

So I just got my Photon today with a 4day weekend off of work. I was all excited to get some printing in. Unfortunately the UV light that I purchased for post curing is completely broken. Can anyone recommend a usable light that can be picked up from brick and mortar stores in the US? I just want to get something passable while I wait for the replacement of my damaged light to be delivered.

Skaarji from Unreal Tournament printed in Nova3D Grey. One of my supports didn't connect there on his right horn.. other than that, he came out decent. Strange line at the base also... it's an strange mountain shape though and I printed him flat on the bed which I shouldn't have.
