1/24 scale trailer hitch for a Revell 99 Chevy Silverado. ...designed in fusion 360 and printed on my printer at .03mm layer height. I haven’t done any cleanup on this yet. It won’t need much!! Nerf bars are next.

Just had to replace the FEP for the first time. Used a 13mm~ bottle cap, makes a nice drum noise when lightly tapped.

The only "issue" now is I hear a subtle popping noise every time a layer lifts from the film. Is this normal?

Hi guys, I've been getting a consistent issue with my prints. It's mostly noticeable on anything with big flat areas. I'm pretty sure what is happening is that the layers are delaminating a bit, or wobbling somehow, but I'm not sure exactly what the fix should be.

It happens most on thicker sections, but it's still there on some thinner bits. It seems to happen regardless of exposure time (I think. I've repeated the same model with different times and it still occurs). My guess is to thicken supports, but it could also be a wonky thread or something? Anyone got ideas?

Settings are 0.03 layers. 12-13 second exposures. Monocure grey. Sliced in Chitu with 1mm support thickness.

I was getting ready to celebrate my "first" decent print, but when I took it off the print platform I found it had layer marks — possibly Z-wobble?

I scored lines across my print platform at 2mm intervals, sanded the print surface flush, re-leveled the platform.

Any suggestions? This is beginning to get annoying!
