I can't make print with features distance of less than 0.060 mm in photon.
3d system projet cpx can do.
Any solution??

Hi gang! Thanks for the add! Just got my new unit today and new to 3d printing of any sort. On my 5th try at a print and failing by way of no stick on the build plate and a flat glob on the bottom of the vat. Common problem I know but I think I've tried everything. One thing I haven't done is dry run it to see if it's lighting up but a 3 second test works showing the rectangle. Is hardware a common problem?

I’ve levelled my build plate but I can see from the way the resin is sitting in the vat that the whole machine is skewed.

Is this likely to cause me any problems on this 16hr print?

How does everyone work out the cost of a print... for fdm I have it down time taken to print gives me my electricity cost as i know how much power it uses per hour and overall (yay smart meters) then I weigh component with support and multiple by the cost per gram for the filament and boom..... just cant figure a way to do that with the resin as 1000ml is not 1kg and each resin will have a different density to calculate the cost....

Just sharing:
I started up my photon with a USB stick formatted in exFAT in the printer. (I had used it for something else earlier and reformatted it)

It turned out that the photon froze, or rather got some strange behavior on the touchscreen.

I restarted without the USB and it seemed fine, so i reformatted the stick in FAT32 and now it works fine again.

Is this a known issue?

Conductive resin? I cant find anything for printers. What about adding some iron powder to resin? I know that one silvers guy added fibers to his resin with mild success. I'm thinking of trying some electroplating and I might buy some fine iron powder and try to add it. Anyone ever herd of this being done.
