Some small scale ships and terrain I sculpted and printed, 3mm tall minis- the Photon just deals with it!

Using Anycubic Dental Casting Green.

Settings

0.05mm at 9 seconds per layer.
12 bottom layers at 80 secs.

Love this machine!

I have been designing buildings for my WW2 model train track in 1:160. This is the first building, 100% self designed and printed. Notice how you can see all the individual bricks.

Did someone allready test the Anycubic dental resin (castable and not castable) ? Is it possible to achieve a better and smoother finish with these two resins ? I checked the excel file where all resin and settings are listed but nothing about these two.

My Photon is making a screeching sound raising and lowering the build plate. It is relatively new. Suggestions?

Hi, do All Resin shatter like glas or do they differ, or does curing have impact on final results??

Hello everyone!
I have made about 10 or so prints on my new Photon so far, and this print has failed in a strange way ... What could cause the layer of thin film around some printouts ? It seems to have cut also the supports on some models.
Im cleaning the FEP before each film (since the 3rd print ...) and make sure there are no residues neither on the FEP nor in the resin (the remaining resin from the VAT is filtered after each print)
Update: it seems that the film is formed even in some areas not having anything to print in the whole volume (even no supports in that area)

I’ve tried looking through the posts here, but I couldn’t find any resources (I blame the FB app for being impossible to find things) for what I wanted. I’ve only made one print so far and it came out exactly how I wanted. This led me to question the best ways to finish off the prints. I cleaned the print, cured the print, and cleared the supports. What’s the best way to flatten out any spots from the supports? Do I treat it like a final pass on a standard 3D print? Should I just go through my sandpaper and hit it with a wet sanding at the end?
