3D Scanning or Photogrammetry questions...

I need to scan a part from a model kit. Some of the parts I want to scan are relatively flat, others are curved. Has anyone done something like this and if so any tips or tricks?

I am trying to get a working print that has a rotating base using a thread. As you can see from my prototype, the threshold for the threads are too tight causing it not to work. In addition, the anycubic resin often creates white dust when parts rub. Is there better resins that don’t flake when parts rub together? Are interlocking parts possible with the photon?

A couple questions:

I have designed a replacement handle for a dental machine. I am planning to use mono cure grey. I need the item to be rigid, but I don’t want it to break, chip or fracture if dropped. I have the monocure flex resin.
What is a good ratio monocure grey : monocure flex. (90:10?). ?
Can someone direct me to exposure profile when mixing in the flex material?

Lastly, what orientation would work well for this print? I was hoping to print vertically without supports. Keep in mind this is a hollow tube with only some screw threads at the top.
