Hi, I have been trying to print all night with Castable Blend resin from Fun to do with no good results, any help please? More details here:
First: the curing time wasnt enough. I increased it but still...

Second: got good definition and curing but half the raft wasnt sticking to the bed (photo).

Third: the first layers were well stuck to the bed but then the next few were stuck to the bottom of the bath (half and half)

Fourth: the third problem perdisted after cleaning everything, trying different settings but still, half stuck to the bed and half to the fep.

Things I tried to solve this:
Re-leveling the bed, shaking the resin more, cleaning the bottom of the FEP film, raising curing time and bottom layers, waste a ton of paper towels.
This printer works fine with the regular anycubic resins btw.
Any idea what could I do?

I was trying to print something. And one point i listed my try and the LCD popped out. I placed it back in and my prints started to fail... then i tried to test it.

Does this mean my LCD is busted or something else?

PSA: Make sure to dispose of your used Alcohol and water baths in the proper way.

Do not pour them down the drain or onto the ground.

Either by dropping them off at your local hazardous waste collector or in accordance to local regulations.
The most advisable way of disposing of your resin baths are to let them cure in the sun for 1-10 days in a clear bag allowing for the liquid to evaporate after which it can be disposed of in the wastebins/garbage.

TL;DR

Please do not pour liquid resins either dissolved in alcohol or water down the drain/wastewater runoffs. Our water treatment facilities do not have the capacity to remove the monomers from the sewerwater.

My working crane project is moving along - I'll post pics of the function mockup in the comments.

Everything is working well at this point except for the rotation - a little too much friction, so the gears require too much force to stay engaged. So, I'm installing a second rotation motor on the other side of the housing. Opposing pressure will ease the strain on the motors, and cut a lot of the friction between the housing and the rotating assembly.

Everything on this 1:32 crane model works. I'm just waiting on the micromotors, shipped a month ago tomorrow from Germany, so I can install them in the "hydraulic cylinders". I'm not going to mock them up - the bodies are brass and I want the motors in hand first.
