Hello, I have small issue. When I update to current version of firmware the motor and UV lamp stop responding ( also fan ). Lucky the fix from github can get it to work again but only after the last step .gcode file "print" ... than when I try again to update the results are the same.. is the .gcode file missing from the original new firmware. Anybody have the same issue ? Also when updating the firmware thew first turning on with the USB it start beeping, I think 3 beeps and one long beep.. that repeats and than stuck on solid beep... I have to turn it off and on, than the machine beeps few time and boot up with new rom... its strange

Hi,

since the last few prints I have a strange problem. Some layers are a bit thicker than the other layers with what seems to be half-cured resin. I can scrape it off afterwards, but the details are gone. On the pictures you can clearly see the areas that had this problem. And that is already after scraping off most of the half-cured resin. On both prints the problem occurred at different layers. After that I did a dry test run to see if the LCD screen has a problem. But I could not see anything strange during the whole print. In the video you can see an example of what it looks like. However in the video it looks like the whole LCD screen is very bright also in the areas that should be dark. This is not the case in reality. You can see a difference between when the LCD is switched off and when it is on, but by far not as extreme as the video suggests.

Do you have any ideas what could cause this problem or has anyone experienced the same problem before? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

So. Two months in to troubleshooting. Anycubs sent me a new screw and motor. After replacing it I'm still having the same issue of the layers shifting a bit. They sent me a file to print and this is how it turned out.

This supposed to be a solid rectangle.

Any ideas?

Hello!
In my country there is no ABS like resins are sold (at least I haven't found yet). I think about mixing some flexible resin with wanhao's clear resin. I don't need an ABS like material I just would like to give it some elasticity. What do you think, I should give it a try?
