How often do you all empty the vat rather than just refill and keep printing? Been having some issues with things adhering to the FEP and I am wondering if this is the cause

These are racks for my wash bins for cleaning resin prints with alcohol. Old ones were printed on my work bench but I need more space with the new CNC. So I drew up some and cut them out. Now I can mount them to the wall and they'll be out of the way. I did make an error on cutting depth for engraving the letters...3mm is not 3mm with a V bit.

I've pretty much been printing grey resin since the beginning and switching back to the clear green sample stuff, I realized just how much faster it prints. 15 > 5.5 second exposure!

Who's printing the fastest? Anyone beating .05mm layer height and 5.5 exposure? I wonder how fast I could go...

Problems.....Just opened new photon leveled etc. ready to print and plugged in usb and suddenly things got weird ( I think that is when it started). Anyway screen works but very slow and unresponsive. Fan stopped working. Wasn’t sure what normal is continued to try to print.

The included usb wouldn’t read in my pc, needed formatted. Downloaded the cube from files here to a new card, print pulled up and screen appears to be progressing, but no motor or fan movement.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

Got my photon in. Leveled the build plate with no issues. Went to install the slicer that comes with it and virustotal says it has a virus. So I try Chitubox and it also says it has a virus.

Does anyone have a clean copy or know of another slicer to use and settings to go along with it?
