i'm using Maker Juice castable resin and my print doesn't stick to the platform, also, it deform before stick to the resin vat. my parameters are:
layer thickness 0.05
normal exposure time: 40
off time: 1
bottom exposure time: 120
bottom layers: 8
any suggestion to use this resin on my photon? should i sand the base?
it is the second time it fail for the same reason :(

Just printed my first figure with the photon. I'm pretty happy about the result but does anybody know how to avoid those white stuff sticking in every corner. It's very hard to remove. I'm using 2 bath of 99,9% isopropanol alcohol.

This is the monocure calibration test
Settings
.04, 10, 6.5, 110, 10

Before the LCD replacement these settings were fine.
I'm assuming the new LCD is different.

Layer separation says not enough normal Exposure but the detail looks like a mix of too much exposure?

Day 3 with my Photon, and my largest print so far. 115mm tall, hollowed out in Meshmixer. I still have to clean it up and sand off a blob on his chin.

Can someone please help me understand what anycubic support means by these instruction? I’m no sure what they are asking......

Please try to insulation treatment between the trough and the machine platform contact surface, may be the cable short circuited due to the static electricity.

After you isolate the groove and the machine platforn contact surface then try again.
