Gentlemen and ladies.

My friend pays 2500 for this part because no one else in the region makes it. I’ve had it modeled and converted into a STL. Now comes the hard part. Printing.

How can I print something solid and not worry about adhesion. They’re obviously paying for the resin if it works, so I come to you guys for help. Can I print these pieces directly to the build plate? I can share the .stls if needed.

All the 'Mechs I've printed so far. Some bare, some primed, some with the first basecoat down. I realize now that I've only printed a couple mediums. That will have to be fixed.

So I did my test print of the free Hero Forge model that I was asking about a few days back. All in all I think it went pretty well except for some weirdness on the back bottom part of the jacket for some unknown reason...maybe it needed more supports there but it sort of flattened out.

Primed with vellejo surface primer (which I hate and need a good replacement for that isn't awful to clean) and an airbrush. Missed a few support cleanup spots but it's as far as I'm gonna go on this test print, I'll do better if I do a full print later.

Printed at 0.05, 5.5 exposure, 6.5 off time, 70, 8 with anycubic green.
